Part 1 In small groups Rooms of 6
Intro Host-paced

Name a host to keep the conversation moving and make sure each question gets addressed, and a scribe to take notes. Work through the seven questions one at a time, giving equal time to each.

  1. When is the problem present? 4 min

How do you know when the problem is present?

  2. How do you help solve it? 4 min

How do you contribute effectively to solving the problem?

  3. What gets in the way? 4 min

What prevents you from doing this, or taking these actions, all the time?

  4. Who succeeds — and how? 4 min

Do you know anyone who is able to frequently solve the problem and overcome the barriers? What behaviors or practices make their success possible?

  5. Any new ideas? 4 min

Do you have any new ideas for solving the problem?

  6. What needs to happen — and who'll do it? 4 min

What needs to be done to make it happen? Who volunteers to take these steps?

  7. Who else should be involved? 3 min

Who else needs to be part of this?

Part 2 Everyone
  1. Recap highlights and next steps 6 min

Each group's scribe highlights the "wow" stories, behaviors, and actions they discovered, and shares next steps. Then decide together who else to invite next time.
