4 parts · 6 phases

Part 1 Story sharing
Intro Host-paced

A few people with direct experience — the "fish" — sit in the inner circle and talk. Everyone else observes and takes notes without interacting.

  1. The inner circle shares the good, the bad, and the ugly 20 min

The fish have a real conversation about their experience. Two rules: no speeches, and talk to each other — not to the outer circle.

Part 2 Reflect and formulate questions Rooms of 3
Intro Host-paced
  1. What did you observe? What do you want to ask? 4 min

In small groups, the outer circle turns observations into questions for the fish.

Part 3 Q&A
  1. Outer circle asks, inner circle responds 20 min

Bring the questions to the fish and let them respond.

Part 4 Everyone
  1. What seems possible now? 12 min

Debrief together: What happened? So what does it mean? Now what seems possible?
